Loyalty Program Policy

Welcome to The Hemp Spectrum Loyalty Program, where you get paid to shop with us! Our program is designed to reward our valued customers for their continued support. By participating in our Loyalty Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Earning Points

Create an Account: Earn 50 points when you create an account on our website.
Product Reviews: Earn 20 points for every verified product review you submit.
Birthday Reward: Earn 50 points on your birthday (must have a valid birthdate on file before the birthday month begins).
Purchases: Earn 1 point per $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Points Calculation: Points are earned based on the post-discount, pre-tax, and pre-shipping total.
Order Cancellations/Refunds: If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from that order will be removed.

Redeeming Points

Conversion Rate: Every 10 points = $1 in redeemable store credit.
Redemption Requirements: You must be logged into your account to earn and redeem points.
Usage: Store credit earned through loyalty points can be used on future purchases.
Stackability: Loyalty points/store credit can be combined with promotions and sale items.
Refunded Orders: If an order where points were used is cancelled or refunded, the used points will be reassigned back to your account.

Point Expiration & Limitations

Expiration: Points expire 365 days after earning them. Unused points will be automatically removed from your account.
Non-Transferable: Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Program Changes: The Hemp Spectrum reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
Account Abuse: Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse of the program may result in forfeiture of points and account suspension.
